The high quality Scandinavian villa is designed with light colors, wood, glass and with furniture and art form Norway, Denmark and Sweden. The location is perfect, since there are supermarkeds, tavernas and bakery in walking distance. No car is needed for staying here. There are 6 bedrooms, all with their own bathroom, some bedrooms has access to coverd terrasses, and one is designed for HC or for families with babies, all rooms has AC and tv, there is an open plan kitchen/living area with an access to a fantastic veranda and an outside dining area for 12 persons. The villa has a salt water infinity pool, private tenniscourt, big BBQ with outside kitchen with a refrigerator and sink. There is a laundreyroom in the basement, that has a washingmachine and cleaning materials. We have lemon and olive trees and some tomatoes in the back of the property. Herbs are planted all over. Many of our neigbourhs has goats, dogs, chicken og roosters, so it is very authentic waking up with the call of the rooster. Privat parking for up to -3-4 cars. The hole property has a fence and a automatic gate, calling system and a alarm. The villa has their own staff: manager, cleaning, gardern and pool man. Covid 19: Cleaning: the staff wear protection robes, gloves and masks while they are cleaning.The guests need to respect the cleaning hours, so our staff can clean within this time, according to the instructions form the minestry of Tourisme.
