Torquil's apartment is in a great location, with a five minute walk to the shops and restaurants on the high street, and across the road from the train station. It was comfortable and had all the facilities we needed. There was a minor maintenance issue which Torquil responded to promptly.

The flat was extremely comfortable and suitable for our family. We enjoyed our stay very much. The only issue was to find the correct car park on a dark evening, the instructions for this were in the flat but had not been clearly conveyed to us in the emails before arrival.

Really good stay at 8 Royal Apartments in North Berwick. It's a great place to stay, well located both for North Berwick itself and for the wider area. The apartment was clean, tidy and exactly as described. Access from the car park was very convenient, with clear entry instructions. The weather was very chilly during our stay, but the apartment itself was warm and cosy. All in all, a great place to stay, and Torquil is a great host.
