I am a single female who works remotely and this place was just perfect! Lina is an amazing host who gave me a warm welcome to this magical place, and who also has fabulous taste in decoration. Catalina was very responsive to all the questions I had prior and during my stay. Studio was squeaky clean for my arrival, fresh towels and sheets, toiletries, washer and dryer in the hallway outside and all the best streaming platforms on TV. Walkable distance to groceries, restaurants, ice cream, bars, and one of my favorite places Holistika, where I took yoga classes every morning and highly recommend if you are into that. One of the things I enjoyed the most from staying here was seeing hummingbirds through the windows while showering, it truly felt like a fairy tale🧚‍♀️. I stayed here for a month and it quickly felt like home. I am sad to leave but thankful I got to experience this wonderful place. Would definitely be coming back! Highly recommend💞

I loved my 2 week stay here and would absolutely recommend it. It was beautifully decorated, very comfortable and In an ideal location. I felt safe as a single female traveler. It is Close to great restaurants, cafes, yoga, etc. Plenty within walking distance. ideally would recommend a car or scooter to easily get to downtown, the hotel zone, beaches and cenotes to explore all Tulum and the surrounding areas have to offer. The hosts were friendly and quick to respond to questions. A private laundry unit shared with one neighbor was also a convenient bonus. I will definitely stay here again.

From start to finish we felt at home. The studio apartment was spacious for two and was clutter free. The laundry is a plus! The water was shut down for a few hours for maintenance but we were warned well in advanced. There are great restaurants in walking distance, and you can also walk to Tulum Centro. If you don’t like to walk you can rent a bike or scooter. I highly recommend booking with Catalina!
