Everyone was very kind and the responses were quick. We even got free water that was enough for weeks (as there weren’t any grocery stores nearby). The location was a bit far from “things” but if you have a car it’s completely fine.

Très bel immeuble récent, avec parties communes bien pensées et très cozy. Chambres et cuisine parfaitement équipées, propreté au rdv. Les hôtes ont été très réactifs lorsque nous avons eu un problème d’eau et de clim.

Great new apartment building with hotel like feel, provided large jug of filtered water that was not provided at higher charging villas in the surrounding area. The room was clean, had both an ac and dehumidifier which was great for drying damp clothes from past rooms that lacked adequate humidity control, building was nice and staff was responsive. They also let me keep my bag after checkout for several hours and provided an early check in. Mind you, like all of tulum many in hotels have construction around them, still I think the value for what was provided in the room especially concerning kitchen stuff like knives and dishwater far exceeded more expensive units I rented from other providers in the area. My one gripe would be that they need to contact maps and have a clear destination on the map, like most of tulum what looks like roads on maps are actually what in the United States we would refer to as forest service roads at best so be prepared if arriving at dark.

The rooftop pool was unbelievable and the whole building itself was very modern with our room well furnished. The room itself was very nicely decorated. O really loved having my own little private pool outside my balcony. Would definitely stay there again if I come back to the area
