I would highly recommend his place to anyone who's looking for a short/long stay over the summer. It's fully equipped with all the basic amenities that one needs. Janvier's a very friendly, accomodating person and very resourceful person.

Janvier went above and beyond during my stay. He was very helpful with tips about the city and made me feel very welcome and at home at his place. He invited me to my very first Canadian bbq in his backyard and it was such a good time. On top of that, his place is very cozy and perfect for a longer stay. Staying at Javier's was such a great way to kick off my stay in Toronto and I highly recommend Janvier’s home. Thank you, Janvier!

This is one of the most beautiful AirBnB's I have been to. The house is very nicely decorated and is filled with amazing knick-knacks from all over the world. And what can I say about Janvier. He is an incredible person, very knowledgeable and good-hearted. There's always something to learn from him. I never had any problem during my stay here. I will stay here again !

Janvier is a great person. He's responsible, social, friendly, and supportive. The place is very well decorated and clean. You really feel like it is your own home. The area around the house is amazing, especially down to the beach area. Very nice running and walking area. Woodbine subway station is 14 minutes away from the house and with 17 minutes on the subway you can get to Bloor-Yonge station. There is a street car station close by on the street. I highly recommend this place and its owner, if you want to have a pleasant stay in Toronto.

My husband and I stayed at Janvier's for a month when we had just moved to Toronto. Suffice it to say that we could not have asked for a nicer and warmer welcome. Janvier is host extraordinaire. He gave us a great tour of the house and was always super helpful with our questions (being new to the country, we had many!). The house is just as in the pictures, it is gorgeously decorated and maintained. Janvier was very particular about keeping it clean at all times. There is also a spectacular patio at the back with a enchanting garden, which is a great place to chill during warmer days. You can absolutely not go wrong with the location. There is a street car right outside the house, plenty of grocery options and superbly connected to the beach as well!! I would highly recommend staying at Janvier's, you would not be disappointed!
