The apartment is 98 m2, spacious, luminous and with a spectacular panoramic sea and mountain view. Located in a new, modern and comfortable condo with 3 pools, jacuzzi, sauna, gym and a nice BBQ area, perfect to relax and have fun in a place where is summer all year long!! ツ The apartment is fully furnished and is located in one of the higher floors of the tower, from its two terraces you can enjoy the great panoramic view of the sea, the mountains, the Irotama's natural reserve and the heartwarming sunsets. The apartment has 2 bedrooms, the first one with a double bed, and the second one has twin beds, there's also a sofa bed in the livingroom.

I stayed for 4 weeks and although there were some concerns, they were dealt very effectively by Magdalena. She was always available! Sara the cleaning lady was very polite and helpful. She made some local food for us that was delicious!! I specially loved the pools and how great is to have several restaurants accessible and also the supermarket. I found the security personal very helpful as well! The sunset are amazing.

Nancy's place was more than, what we expected, it would be. Plenty of room, clean, many gadgets, great views..... We were very happy, we stayed there, and if we visit Santa Marta again, we will look into staying there. Also, Nancy was very responsive, friendly, and had many recommendations.
El apartamento es tal cual a lo que se ve en las fotos. Encontramos que el apartamento estaba muy bien equipado, sobretodo en la cocina, muy completa. Por otro lado los aires acondicionados funcionaron perfecto al igual que el internet y la ubicación es muy conveniente para salir a la playa, ir a restaurantes, cajeros, mercar y tener acceso a transporte, todo caminando. Nancy y Magdalena como anfitrionas muy dispuestas a colaborar en lo que sea que se necesite y con comunicación rápida. Recomendado 100%.
Siempre estaré feliz de volver a hospedarme donde Nancy, esta es mi segunda visita. La ubicación es increíble, las vistas desde su apartamento son únicas y la hospitalidad del host es inigualable. A ojo cerrado recomiendo este lugar!

The apartment is located in the Zazué Residential Condominium that's very close to the beach, the sea, surrounded by a nice and pleasant hotel and tourist area, near to the Irotama Hotel and the Zuana Resort.
The condo has also a Mall, that has 82 stores, restaurants, a big supermarket called Carulla and several Atm's.
The Simon Bolivar's Airport is only 5 minutes drive away.
In case you arrive by car, the residential condo has free parking area.
It's easy to move around, there are taxis and public transport services.
Other nearby attractions are: El Rodadero with restaurants, bars and discotheques is 4,3 miles away, the Aquarium 4,4 mi, Playa Blanca 5 mi, downtown Santa Marta 8 mi, Quinta de San Pedro Alejandrino 9 mi, Taganga Beach 11 mi and the Tayrona Park 17 mi. The city of Barranquilla is 53 mi away and the famous Cartagena at 134 mi.
In the Irotama and the Zuana hotels you will find travel agencies that frequently organize excursions and trips to the Tayrona Park, Taganga, la Guajira, Cartagena and other tourist attractions in the area.
