It's amazing and private place to stay. Stunning view. Very cozy and comfortable inside. Annejet is very nice and friendly and it was lovely to stay in her place.

La villa correspond exactement à la description qui en est faite. Nous avons passé une merveilleuse semaine en famille. Au rendez-vous : calme, confort, vue magnifique sur la mer. Un lieu qui permet de rayonner sur la Toscane littorale mais aussi vers les terres (accès rapide à Florence par exemple). Communication facile et efficace avec Annejet et sur place avec Alessandro (très sympathique, discret, efficace et de bon conseil : merci Alex). Je recommande à 100%.

We really enjoyed our week at the villa. The views were amazing! Any time we need a recommendation or needed anything at the villa, Alex was there to help. The villa was in a great location. We went to Cinque Terre, Pisa, and Lucca. Our girls also loved swimming in the pool. We highly recommend!

The views are stunning and the house is well located for Forte dei Marme and exploring the cinque terre, Viareggio, Lucca and Pisa. The grounds are well kept and we enjoyed sitting outside on the terrace watching the sunset over the castle. The house manager lives downstairs and is very friendly and responsive to questions or issues. We had a problem with the power which he quickly resolved. The basket of food and wine on arrival was greatly appreciated. Another reviewer noted that the steep drop in the garden and lack of stair bannisters could be an issue for younger children. I would agree with this, but it wasn’t an issue for us (apart from losing our ball a couple of times!). We found there were a few more house rules than advertised (eg closing all shutters when leaving, no sand in the house, cover the sofa with sheets to avoid stains) and were surprised that the dishwasher was outside. But these were minor inconveniences and overall we had a lovely stay.
