The actual place is so much better compared with the photos. We like it a lot. It is very close to mirror lake so even in a rainy day, we walked along the lake and downtown. The condo is very clean and up to high standard, which really surprised us in a good way. Both the owner Robert and the office staff are very friendly and informational. We hope they have more availability so we can visit again. We had no complaints - kids didn’t want to leave.

Robert was so gracious and accommodating. The unit was well maintained, clean, and spacious. The front desk repeatedly checked in to make sure we had everything we needed. Lake Placid has so much to offer and the location couldn’t be better! Can’t wait to return.

Robert is a very good communicator and responds quickly. The location is stunning and the Chalet was super clean and offered exactly what was posted. We were VERY happy with our stay. Highly recommend.
