Eine mega tolle Location direkt am Strand in der man die Zeit so richtig genießen kann... Der traumhafte Blick nach draußen ist unbezahlbar...nach einem Morgenspaziergang am Strand ein tolles Frühstück auf der kleinen Terrasse genießen...und dann ein Sonnenbad...zur Abkühlung ins traumhafte Meer...nen guten Kaffee und ein gekühltes Getränk direkt griffbereit am Strand...was will man "Meer" :) Das Appartment ist mit allem Nötigem ausgestattet und Francis ist ein ganz toller Gastgeber !! Wir werden auf jeden Fall wiederkommen:))) Adios !

We are a family of 3 and just returned from a wonderful stay here at this perfect location. Direct beach access and the location were the reason for booking this apartment. It was great for so many reasons: 1. Not too busy, down the beach on both sides are hotels and sunbeds are packed like sardines, whereas at this spot, it isn't too busy. 2. So many nationalities so you get to meet different people. 3. It was popular with the locals staying there, some families use the complex as a second home, so it was a great opportunity to learn about the island and observe mallorcan culture. 4. The breeze was beautiful, sunrise is a bit later so great to see sun coming up, but also at dusk we enjoyed our meals on the terrace, something you would pay lots for in restaurants. 5. Lots of supermarkets around to stock up, to be able to pop in to the apartment for a quick snack, from the beach, helped keep costs down (eg icecream, drinks, etc) 6. The spot was not too touristy, but easy access/reach to where you can find entertainment for tourists. We didn't meet one british family however, 0.5 mile down the road, there were many staying in the hotels. 7. Apartment had sunbeds which was a huge plus. One advice, on humid days, keep the doors to the apartment shut as the moisture seemed to build up and floors become wet. Lastly, Francis was a model host and was very good with his communication. We visited a number of the places that he recommended too. We will definitely be back!

What a great location! Right on the beach with a magnificent view. Suitable for our family of 6. It's not too big, but since you spend most of the day outside, who needs a big place anyway? We enjoyed our weeklong stay tremendously!

Fantastic location directly facing the beach. The boys (2&4) loved to eat looking at the sea and running down to play on the sand. The beach is behind a wall with gates, so they cannot run off accidentally, unless the gate is left open by other tenants of the block. Everything is provided for our stay, cot, sheets, towels, hairdryer and iron with ironing board. The kitchen is well equipped, apart from a kettle, but we just used a saucepan. There was an issue with cockroaches before we arrived which Francis had notified me off, and explained that he had put bait down to kill them. There were nearly 20 dead cockroaches to clear up when we arrived, which was a little unpleasant, but we did not see any more during our 10 day stay. It is a short drive to major supermarkets at Can Piqafort or Alcudia. There are 4 restaurants within 5mins walk of the apartment. Our favourite was 2 mins along the beach, behind the lifeguard tower - Ohratge balneari 4. There are more restaurants and small supermarkets just a little further as well. We would really recommend Francis's home as the views are stunning, the ease of taking children 5 meters to the beach is brilliant and the accommodation is well spec'd.

If you want to be inches from the beach in a quiet part of the beach but close to plenty to do, this is your place. The neighborhood is really amazing, the place spotless and the patio amazing.
