Jeanne’s beautiful Victorian BnB is a real treat! It is everything it’s promised to be & even hoped for in a bed & breakfast- warm hospitality, excellent breakfast, sparkling clean, quiet, relaxing & very comfortable. The craftsmanship of the home is amazing & we enjoyed the antiques as well as the up to date plumbing. We got a great night’s sleep. Carthage has an interesting history & worth the stop & stay. We visited the Precious Moments Chapel, Grand Falls & met friends in Joplin. Me’s Place was a fun & tasty stop for Soul Food in Joplin. We highly recommend Jeanne’s Grand Avenue BnB!

Jeanne's Bed and Breakfast is a wonderful place to stay. It has a magical charm with it's turn of the century style and decor surpassed only by Jeanne's hospitality and caring attitude. She's also an incredible chef. The breakfasts are healthy and delicious. I have dietary restrictions and Jeanne went out of her way to accommodate me and my schedule. I highly recommend this amazing Bed and Breakfast to anyone who likes comfort and charm as well as "home away from home".

Beautiful historic building with great service and food. Antiques and stained glass everywhere. Kind and friendly hosts always have a smile on their faces. Definitely a great place to stay in the area. True B&B!
