The property is a modern, stylish, warm, dry, fully kitted out townhouse with enclosed garden on a gated estate which is perfect for kids or adults wanting some peace and quiet. 5 minutes walk to shops and beach. Sleeps 8 plus small cot bed. House was built in 2007 so fully insulated and double glazed. It's a perfect hassle free stress free house for a family to unwind and use as a base to explore surrounding beaches and area. There is a cleaning charge of £25 per dog Towels are included. The house is situated on 'The Retreat' which is a little gated estate of 9 townhouses. All are used as holiday homes and I can personally vouch for the other owners who are lovely. There is a private South facing garden to the back and side with chairs to sit out and a BBQ. There is space for 2 cars. The house has everything you could possibly need for an enjoyable family holiday. It has 4 decent sized bedrooms plus toddler bed and one light and airy kitchen/living diner downstairs.
