Stayed for a long weekend and the house was perfect for our needs. Permit was provided for the on street parking and we were always able to park right outside. Clean and spacious kitchen with all the basic store cubpoard items provided, great to have a coffee machine and tumble dryer. The bathroom was also spacious with a lovely big bath, perfect for our 4 year old. The double bed in the main bedroom was comfy and the area is really quiet so we slept really well. The stairs are quite steep so we did have to be careful with our little one. Overall, we were very happy and if we visit the area again this is where we will stay.

Just what we needed for a get away to see family, well equiped kitchen even tho we didnt use it, lovely comfy bed, and large bedroom. Would definitely stay again.

Comfortable and well appointed, very clean. Appreciated touches such as spices in the cupboard, tea and coffee, shower gel, bottle of wine. Good value for money in a pleasant and quiet area. Bath is great! We used this Airbnb as a base for a walking bank holiday weekend and it worked great for us.

Jane’s house was a lovely, characterful and quirky home. Impeccably clean, very well equipped and furnished. Great value for money and the location could not be better, being such a short walk from charming Guisborough.

Jane’s place was lovely and homely. It had everything we required for our 2 night stay. The rooms were extremely clean and had all amenities we needed. The stairs were extremely steep for my 2 yo, however Jane had pre warned us of this in the description. Also, from the photos, we were expecting a bunk bed, however this turned out to be a twin room, which was more convenient for us in the end. The house was easy to find and check in was easy, there was thorough information given on the app. All in all, Jane’s place was a lovely stay and highly recommended, we will definitely book again when in the area.
