el calentador nunca funcionó bien, los muebles que se ofrecen en las fotos no son en realidad con los que viene en el apartamento, por lo tanto no es para nada acogedor.

Apartamento bien localizado, tranquilo, con parque en frente, y porteros muy amables. Infortunadamente al llegar, el inodoro tenía una fuerte capa de moho en asiento y tapa -muy desagradable-, el plato del horno con restos de comida pegada, muchos de los productos de aseo botellas casi vacías, los fogones de la estufa sucios, ventanas sucias, un olor a no aseo general. Y falta de un buen mantenimiento en general. Debido a la pandemia (días con mayor número de contagios/muertes en Colombia), aseé para no tener a alguien limpiándolo, lo que tiene que ser hecho antes de la llegada de los huéspedes. La reserva de 10 días quedó confirmada/pagada a las 8am y llegué antes de las 3pm, tiempo suficiente para asearlo. Reporté el problema a Robin días después a las 8 de la mañana, respondió a las 6pm al día siguiente, no ofreció ninguna solución como el reembolso del cleaning fee (al menos), ni siquiera se disculpó por un problema creado por él. Robin me hizo devolución de una noche que no me quedé debido a restricciones de movilidad por cuarentena por lo que debí salir antes, lo agradezco, pero en general muy bajos estándares de limpieza y mantenimiento no acordes al precio, sumado al mal manejo de la situación de aseo. Well located place, quite, with a park in front of the building, and doormen/doorlady very kind. When I arrived in the toilet -seat and seat cover- had each a heavy mold layer- disgusting-, the plate of the microwave was dirty, many of the cleaning products were almost empty bottles, with a dirty stove, dirty windows, and the smell of a "not clean place". And a general lack of maintenance. Due to the pandemic (days with the highest numbers of deaths to Covid-19 in Colombia), I did the cleaning myself to avoid having some coming in and do a job that it has to be done prior to the arrival of the guests. I confirmed/paid my 10-days reservation at 8am and checked in few minutes before 3pm, enough time to do a proper cleaning. I reported the problem to Robin days later at 8am, he responded the next day at 6pm, not offering a solution such as the refund of the cleaning fee (at least), not even an apology for a problem he created. Robin approved the refund of the last night I could not stay due to movility restriccions/qurantine so I had to leave before, but overall, very low cleaning and maintenance standards not coherent with the money is charged for this place, in addition to the poor management of the situation I described.

Great location, comfortable, with all basic things. The hosts are very kind and the communication with them was very clear! My reservation was a last-minute one, and their quick response saved my day. Good space for one person. If you like fresh apartments, this is your place. Otherwise, it may feel a bit cold.

Es un sitio genial. Puedes estar algunos días, pero es perfecto para largas estadías. Sin duda volveré a alojarme allí.

Es un lugar excelente. Ubicación inmejorable de fácil acceso. El apartamento es genial, tiene todo lo que nesecitas para una excelente estancia. Ultra recomendado.
