We had a wonderful stay at Claudia’s cottages. The scenery was gorgeous and the accommodations were very cozy and comfortable. For us, ability to use the canoes and life-vests on the property were a big plus. We would love to come back again.

My friends and I (eight of us!) spent a long weekend at Claudia’s cottages - it was exactly what we hoped for and more. The location was incredibly scenic and peacefully quiet - and being right on the pond was an absolute delight. It was a bit chilly but we swam in the pond every day and took the canoes and kayaks out several times. We loved having the big cottage with the full kitchen, sitting room, and screened in porch for gathering, cooking food, and playing board games. But it was really nice to have the two other cottages- each with a full sized bed and bathroom- to spread out at the end of the night. It was a comfortable size for all of us and the cottages were warm and cozy. Claudia is an amazing host, recommended activities for us, and even came by to visit and say hi! We love this place and are already talking about returning next year - definitely recommend!

The location on Sand Pond was beautiful and well worth the price of admission. Potential customers should know that the property is located in a remote area: excellent for lengthy stays on the gorgeous little lake, but poses challenges for people with commitments in other locations around southern New Hampshire due to the lengthy travel time to/from the property.

it was a great place to stay with our grown adult children - they each had a cabin to themselves while there was plenty of space for us all to gather in one room at the big cabin. The setting was beautiful and peaceful. Thank you Claudia ! Jen

we had a family get together at Claudia's 3 cottages. we all had such a wonderful time here. the place was perfect in every way, and it had everything we needed and more. Claudia is a wonderful host she greeted us upon arrival and showed us around . she is extremely pleasant and I enjoyed talking with her. I highly recommend Claudia's cottages on sand pond. my whole family loved it and we are excited to return next year.
