This was one of the best places to stay! Nestled in the trees above Berkeley, it was the most perfect house for our family. It’s close enough to be able to reach the Berkeley campus, but far enough to enjoy nature away from the city. The host was wonderful! His instructions were thorough, and the house was immaculate. We would highly recommend this house and would definitely come back again!

Paul Andre is an excellent host. Responding immediately to all our requests. It’s a beautiful home. View and deck are unbeatable (and we have quite the view from a hill in San Diego….yours might be better!). Very kid-friendly house. But would also be a perfect adults-only house. We ended up having a lot of driving around of our 3 nieces….location was a little difficult for that. But to spend a week or weekend there, going on a trip or two into town, would be perfect. Trampoline/hammock area is great. Bonus room’s tv is awesome. Games were available and we really had fun. Thanks!

We came to Berkeley for an event at UC Berkeley and this was the perfect spot for us to stay. After long days on campus, it was wonderful to retreat to stellar sunset views. Would be an ideal spot for a family retreat. We felt very safe and had no issues, except a for a few uber drivers complaining about the hills.
