This is now only available for LONG TERM RENTALS of 30 nights or more IMPORTANT For the people that DON'T LIKE TO REVIEW THE ENTIRE PROFILE before booking and then complain and say they wish we would've told them about something that's ALREADY ON THE PROFILE (yes, I'm a little bitter hehe) :) DISCLAIMER #1: We have TWO CATS!! They're indoor and outdoor so they come in and out of the house, one is friendly and beautiful and doesn't bite and the other one is ugly and mean so she won't bite you... because she'll never ever want to be around you or any of us :) DISCLAIMER #2: We do have more than one listings. So it is quite possible that you meet another guest during your stay. The rooms are side by side and only one has a private bathroom. We will do our best to let you know if there is someone in the room next door when you're inquiring, but some bookings are done last minute. So, it is quite possible that you book and there is no other guests at the time, and then you show up and there is a guest arriving at the other room sometime during your stay. Let's not be DIVA's, it'll be fun. My mom, Lilian, runs the show. She's in charge of the Airbnb now that I (Cindy) moved to Memphis and only use airbnb to travel, myself. My mom's awesome, you'll see. She's the best cook. We love having guests over because it makes us feel like we're on vacation too, and a lot of times we get to learn about other cities, cultures, and even more about Nashville!
