War super, danke! Sehr unkompliziert und schön.
We had a good time in Valencia, it’s a beautiful city. The apartment is really well placed for the beach and public transport links and it’s easy to figure out. We got the tram to the apartment after the metro, but there was really no need. The apartment was lovely, it looks exactly as pictured. I agree with the other reviews that the terrace is a rare jewel. It was clean and spacious. Pedro was so helpful and really quick to respond. We appreciated the coffee and water and it really is stocked with all that you need. We found a beautiful little bakery nearby too. The only downside, which isn’t any fault of the owner, is the noise from the neighbours. The door to the street gives access to the apartment and one other. This door needs a hard close, but when it does, it vibrates the door to the apartment really loudly!! It woke us up late night on a number of occasions. It does help a little bit if you use all the bolts!

“Next to the beach» is a huge exaggeration - it is a 10-15 min walk to the sea. From the photos connecting to the listing with the obvious maritime features of the interior, I got the vibe of the place being right on the sandy beach and was the reason why I made the reservation - which was not true. That being said, the hood which the apartment belong to is very charming!! We enjoyed Marina Beach Club and La Mas Bonita! And nice walks along the beach. The place is only a half an hour bike ride from the historical centre of fabulous Valencia! The apartment itself has a number of what I would call DIY solutions but the double bed in the attic was extremely comfortable!!! However, I wouldn’t stay there again. The main reason is that the hosts asked us for our passport information the day we travelled and demanded it to be sent to them ahead of our arrival, which made us feel distrusted and uncomfortable.
Our stay was perfect! This is one of our favorite places rented to date!
