The flat is nice well decorated and well placed. Few issues but that can be resolved in the short term I believe. Issue with the check in, the process to get inside of the building is not explicit. The flat is clean but the water heater is very noisy and one of the blinds in the living room was broken. The check out at 11:00 is too early!

We booked the apartment for 7 nights and we really enjoyed our stay. It is 5 minutes from the beach, it has easy access to bus station and metro, it has convenience stores and restaurants nearby. The apartment was clean and bright. I rated it 5 stars for accuracy as the apartment looked exactly as the pictures, but I would like to mention that there are multiple identical apartments in the building and we got one at another floor than originally assigned. It was not an issue for us as the building has an elevator. The host responded to all our inquiries in a timely manner. The kitchen is well equipped. Overall, a nice place to stay while you visit Valencia and want to also spend a few days at the beach.
