Have fun traveling at this bright and stylish new penthouse in the hip Cabanyal neighbourhood! The best part: The private terrace! (Sunny in summer and winter) Perfect for couples, couples with a baby or child. We even have a baby bed, high chair, baby bath etc. 5 minute walk to the marina/port and 15 minutes walk to the beach! Easy links by bus and metro to the city centre or just a 20 minute walk to the city of arts and sciences. A real home away from home! Registration number VT-40290-V Special cleaning and disinfection protocols are now used in readying the flat between guests. This space is unique because of the private terrace that can be used all year.

Voor het aankomen heeft Melanie enorm veel tips gegeven rond restaurantjes en bezienswaardigheden. We konden direct bij aankomt in het appartement om onze valiezen af te zetten. Het appartement is zeer gezellig met een leuk terras.
Prachtig en erg schoon appartement met mooi dakterras. Leuk restaurant op 50 meter en fietsverhuur op 100m. Grote supermarkt op 200m. Strand binnen 10 min lopen te bereiken. Een minpuntje de buren (locals) waren regelmatig luidruchtig zo ook hun hond.
This apartment was very clean, spacious and comfortable. Fantastic host Melanie was very responsive. We really enjoyed our stay.
The flat is very good located, a lot of restaurants, bars and supermarkets were close and it is just a 15 minute walk to the hemisferic and other sights. Spacious and well equipped, quiet in the night. On top Melanie is very helpful and answered every question very fast.

This neighbourhood, the Cabanyal, is an old fishing village. It is starting to get a new facelift with special subsidies for restoring the unique cabanyal façades. It is also becoming very popular amongst foreigners looking for a holiday home near the beach and young artists and professionals of Valencia. Great new restaurants and bars are popping up in the neighbourhood. Ask me for recommendations!!
Getting around is easy with bus and metro links less than 5 minute walk and bring you to the town centre in 15 minutes!
There are now a few bike rental shops in walking distance from the flat. Perfect for biking down the beach promenade, the green belt (Old riverbed) and going to the town centre!
You can also park on the street for FREE or pay for indoor parking in the port next door. Finding FREE parking on the street can sometimes take up to 10 minutes during business hours.
