位置很好，正对着艺术科学城，步行5分钟可达。要从大路边的正门进入，Google 导航不是很准，兜了两圈才到达。有了洗手盆漏水，要修。

We came to València for our friends wedding. The views were amazing from the apartments balcony, many restaurants around the area. We checked in late, after our flight was delayed, later we were told we had to pay 30€ for that, which was not mentioned anywhere. We agreed to do so, but we were very busy because of the wedding planning and i kindly asked if we can leave the money when we checkout, but Antonio insisted us to cancel our plans so we could pay him the fee asap. He even said i have keys from the apartment and can come inside any time I want. We were in shock. Finally we came to an agreement that he will come at a certain time to collect it, he was 1hour early in the morning ringing the door bell multiple times, once he had woken up everyone in the apartment he got his money. Few things to mentions, there was no salt, pepper, spices or even olive oil, plus we ran of toilet paper on second day of our stay.. I addressed this to Antonio and he only cared about the 30€.
