The studio flat is located in a perfect area, right next to the city life, train station, beach, bars and restaurants, plus a supermarket is located right in front.

From the airport easy access by train, stop in Juan-les-pins, the train station is very close to the flat.
Otherwise you could take the bus 250 from the airport (Terminal 1) it costs around 10 euros per person and drops you in Juan-les-pins, you need to stop at 'La Régence'.
How to get to the flat from the airport and the opposite way around?
There are three options:
At first OPTION 1: you could take the bus number 250 either from terminal 1 (located on your left handside after exiting the airport and picking up your luggages, tickets are on sale only at the desk located outside and not inside the bus) or from Terminal 2.
From terminal 2 you can easily get the bus number 250 as well, it is located on the line/gate number 1 just outside the airport terminal 2, on your left handside once you’ll get out of the airport after picking up your luggages. Be aware that you will need to buy the bus tickets inside the airport first because you cannot buy your tickets in the bus!! You will need to ask for tickets for the bus number 250 to go to Juan les pins (stop LA REGENCE) I believe it is the same price for everybody and wherever you stop, the cost is 10 euros per person, it takes approximately 45 minutes, the bus is quite fast as it takes the highway and doesn’t stop very often. You can also buy your tickets online before.

And then OPTION 2: you could take the train from Nice Saint Augustin train station. To get to the train station
Honestly I strongly recommend to take the tramway (02 Magnan) and stop at GRAND ARENAS. Then you will just have to walk 100 meters to get to Nice Saint Augustin train station. From there you take the train to Juan les pins (Cannes direction). The flat is located at 5 minutes’ walk from the train station. It is a cheaper, easier and faster way of getting to Juan les pins!!!
Be careful though the tramway opens at around 6.30 am but after 8pm you might have to take a taxi or walk to the train station, as there will be no more bus 250 or tramway available after. The Nice Saint Augustin train station is not that far though, at about 18 minutes’ walk you just need to know the way and not to have oversized and heavy luggages, otherwise before 8pm just grab the bus 250 or a taxi to get to Nice Saint Augustin Train station….
The tramway passes by every 6 minutes approximately so no worries, plus it is FREE to get to the airport and FREE to go back from the airport, to GRAND ARENAS stop (close tramway stop to Nice Saint Augustin Train Station) on the way back from the airport.
For the opposite way it is exactly the same you will have to take the train from Juan les pins train station to NICE SAINT AUGUSTIN Stop. Then you’ll get the tramway from GRAND ARENAS tramway stop just outside the train station (Tramway on the way to the Airport 01 Aéroport) (Terminal 1 (gate A0) and Terminal 2 (gate A2)) you will have the choice to stop either at Terminal 1 or Terminal 2.

For the third choice OPTION 3, but of course more expensive, just call Uber :o)
