Spotlessly clean, comfortable and had everything we needed to self cater. The view was lovely and the peaceful surroundings allowed us to relax and enjoy our time away, the visiting wildlife was definitely a bonus. As I was travelling with a person with a disability, the facilities and access were an important consideration in the decision to book this accommodation. Highly recommend this property and look forward to staying again in the future.

Nice house with stunning views. The house is in the owners garden which wasn't an issue for us but might be if you want total privacy. The interior was clean had everything we needed. Kids loved spotting rabbits in the garden.

With all these breathtaking views, private alleyway to our house, and wildlife roaming around we immediately felt ourselves in a luxury mansion. Grindelwald village with its attraction is only a stroll away. We wish we could stayed longer

Joyce has a very charming place, it is a gateway that you will never forget. It’s relaxing, calm, quiet and you get to connect with nature. Just sit, relax and enjoy the view. She has everything you need in the villa and will communicate really well with you. We can’t wait to be back to Launceston and this place will be the one to come back to. Highly recommend it!
