When I searched for a condo at bacolod, Prescys listing pop and when I checked, I saw a lot of positive reviews so I booked. On all my Airbnb bookings and other hotel/condo/fb bookings, as of now I can say Prescy is the greatest and best. She provided lots of complimentary that helps us ease our stay, clean room, instructions are clear as crystal, internet speed is top notch and just overall well spent on her listings. As a person, Prescy is soo accomodating, flexible and goes beyond being a businesswoman. Her top priority is the convenient of the guest and ensure that guest stay is well worth. she provide all bacolod details and even numbers. i will make sure to recommend her and if by grace of God we will come again here, without hesitance I will book to her. thank you Prescy. We are Blessed on our stay. ❤️❤️❤️

Ms Precy’s place was a home away from home in Bacolod. The location was perfect and was close to many restaurants, convenience stores, groceries and fast food places. Everything in the unit was in pristine condition. The bathroom was very well maintained. The beddings and the linen were clean and smelled fresh. The host provided items that you might need for a very comfortable short term stay. The a/c worked perfectly. Ms Precy was always very responsive and very easy to communicate with. She always made sure we had a wonderful stay. She was very thoughtful and very kind to leave little snacks for us as well as drinking water. Check-in and check out was hassle free. Will definitely stay here again when we come back to Bacolod.

5/5 in all categories! Whatever you need, Ms. Precy has probably prepared it already! Easy to talk with, gave a lot of recommendations of what to do and where to go, can accommodate specific needs of guests, and the list goes on. Definitely worth your money staying here. Ms. Precy is always one text away! You'll feel safe and right at home. The room is super clean and smells so nice. The condo staff are also easy to talk to and are very friendly.
