Das Haus ist für einen Besuch auf Procida wunderbar. Es ist zentral gelegen und trotzdem sehr ruhig. Neben den schönen Räumen hat man die Möglichkeit im Garten zu sitzen. Das Haus ist sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Beide Häfen kann man zu Fuß gut erreichen. Direkt nebenan befindet sich ein kleiner Platz mit verschiedenen Geschäften. Die Kommunikation mit Salvatore war sehr nett und unkompliziert. Er hat sogar organisiert, dass wir bei unserer Ankunft mit dem Auto abgeholt wurden. Am Abreisetag durften wir das Haus bis zum Nachmittag nutzen, so dass wir noch einen sehr schönen Tag auf der Insel verleben konnten.

We immediately felt at home in Salvatore's beautiful villa and would happily have stayed another week. It's spacious and beautifully decorated with an idyllic outdoor space - perfect for our family of three, or more as there is an additional room upstairs we didn't need to use. The location is perfect. There's a lovely square with an excellent pizzeria, bakery, grocery store and cafe nearby and the island's prettiest harbour just down the hill. The castle is also easy to access from here, and the main Procida port. Salvatore was really helpful and communicative, arranging taxis, sorting out the shower immediately when the hose broke and generally being on hand over the phone to assist us. We would thoroughly recommend this villa for anyone looking for somewhere really special to stay as they explore this beautiful little island.

Salvatore was an exemplary host and did more than I would have expected - he picked us up at the boat! - and was always super responsive with suggestions and advice. The property is a lovely space, the garden is great & the location is ideal. There were a few drawbacks about the property that I would consider before booking again. The cats - it may not bother some people but 6/7 (stray?) cats constantly very close to you (under the table) whilst you eat outside is off-putting. It’s like they’re begging for food? Scaring them away did not work. The quickly came back. We only received x1 shower towel each to stay for six nights, x1 toilet roll (already partially used) and the hand wash was already finished before we arrived. The air-con in the downstairs bedroom only worked for a few minutes before stopping, however, there were two air-fans. The mattress was uncomfortable but this could be personal opinion - it was firm.

Salvatore’s place is wonderful as it truly feels a home away from home. This is the perfect place to base yourself for time at home but with quick access to some of Procida’s most coveted locations. Salvatore was very responsive and helpful during our stay!

A lovely little home. Interior is stylish and the place was very clean. Great for adults - mezzanine bedroom may not suit those with young kids. Beds were comfortable, plenty of space to hang and store clothes. Kitchen functional with decent size fridge. Lovely little front garden with table, chairs and hammock. Location within easy reach of port, Marina della Corricella and Terra Murata (great place to watch the sun go down over the island). Good beaches 10 mins walk away. Salvatore was very welcoming and responded to all communication quickly.
