Welcome to our Cozy Oasis on Central Avenue. This private and newly constructed space features two stylish bedrooms. One bedroom offers a king-size bed, and the second is a comfortable suite with a queen-size bed and an ensuite bathroom. The suite includes a fully-equipped small kitchen and a cozy living area, creating a self-contained space for relaxation. All guests have access to a shared balcony, perfect for enjoying the outdoors.

三点不好，第一靠近快速路，有点吵，过很大的车床会震动，有点小地震的感觉，第二厨房水池，下水是坏的，那个粉碎的按钮无法使用，水下的很慢，第三淋浴间的遮挡一块布是解决不了的，洗完澡外面一片狼藉，其它都是很满意的，还有两个不错的邻居，很nice👍
Julia’s place was fantastic! My family and I enjoyed it. We felt safe and comfortable. The house had everything you needed and she responded quickly. We really appreciate it. Will definitely be back when we’re back in LA. If you are hesitant to book, don’t be. This place is one of our faves!!
My family and I stayed at Julia’s place the weekend we attended the Renaissance Faire at the Santa Fe Dam. Is was very conveniently located, and very cute! Everything was spotless and we felt very comfortable. I must compliment the bedding in particular - those sheets and comforters were like sleeping in clouds! I would stay with Julia again.
