I stayed at Brayan's villa with my wife and another couple. We had a great time. He is very friendly and the house included everything we expected. Definitely worth what we paid. The pool, ambiance, beautiful nature surrounding the villa, and the amenities made our stay in La Fortuna mostly comfortable. A few minor things to be aware of: 1) The bed is very hard. I understand he probably set it up this way to make it last longer but there is no give at all. It's kind of like sleeping on stone. The pillow is also very firm as well. 2) While the two bedrooms have air conditioning and ceiling fans, the living room and kitchen do not. They get very humid. As a result, we barely hung out inside the villa. We were either in our rooms or outside. 3) Bugs. Lots and lots of bugs outside. To be expected in Costa Rica but just be aware in case that's something that scares or bothers you. 4) There is construction right behind the villa that started as early as 6 AM and lasted until sun went down.

Amazing spot! Perfect pool for hanging out and for small kids. Extremely well equipped kitchen if you want to cook and lots of other thoughtful amenities that make your stay easy and relaxing. There were people at the other villas while we were there and we never saw them. Super private. Also, Brayan was super responsive via the app.

Amazing villa near La Fortuna! Me and my wife stayed here for our honeymoon and it far exceeded our expectations. To start, the property is a beautiful farm that backs up to a decent sized river. The home is positioned on top of the largest hill, offering great views of the volcano and surrounding rain forest. It was about a 10-15 minute drive to La Fortuna where most of the restaurants and excursions are located. In case of emergency, there exists a corner market about 1 minute away, just as you turn onto the street. The home itself was very elegant and built using quality materials. In addition, there is enough privacy between the homes that we never noticed any other visitors during our stay. Overall, this is a hidden gem for anyone looking for an oasis in the rain forest!

Sloth villa was lovely and Brayan was super responsive. It was good space for our family of 4, we appreciated the a/c in the heat wave, it had the critical kitchen stuff, including coffee. We thoroughly enjoyed our little pool and backyard oasis with volcano view and wandering the grounds. The pool was a slice of heaven in the heat. But there were a few downsides to be aware of: the bed was very firm, the pillows were too think/not very comfy, the a/c kept going off, and there was construction next door from early in the morning. So bring ear plugs for sleeping. Other than that, it was great.
