Relax with the whole family at this peaceful house on Lancaster Creek connected to the Rappahanock River. Picturesque unobstructed views of the river and marsh. Enjoy private backyard swimming dock, outdoor fire pit, large backyard deck, sweeping front yard, and screened in side porch. The house itself is warm with a beautiful sun room looking out on the creek and marsh. Sleeps thirteen comfortably. Our home has four bedrooms and den, full kitchen, dining area, sitting room, sunroom, screened porch, huge outdoor deck space, dock for swimming and fishing, kayaks and inflatables, indoor and outdoor games. Great place for group gatherings or to detach and enjoy the view.

Anu and Cormac's place was perfect for our needs over the Christmas holidays. There were nine of us. Plenty of space, very comfortable beds, and well-stocked with everything we needed. We spent most of our time at nearby family's home and didn't take advantage of all of the amenities of the house, but it would be fun to visit in the summer and take more advantage of all of the outdoor activities.
Anu’s home had plenty of space for all 13 of us and we greatly enjoyed our weekend away. The dock is a highlight of this property and the hosts have provided everything necessary to enjoy it— we got extended use out of the fishing rods/tackle and kayaks especially. She and Cormac were incredibly responsive and gracious when issues came up during our stay and we were grateful for their willingness to go out of their way to help.
Absolutely cozy and charming place for three families to reunite for a weekend, we enjoyed every nook and cranny of this house and all the amenities, we grilled, kayaked, played cornhole and sat around the firepit. beds were comfortable and house was so clean and well thought out, we were able to fit 13 of us and 2 dogs! would stay here again in a heartbeat!
Anu’s place was very warm and welcoming. We stayed for two days and loved it. We would love to comeback again.

Our home is in Virginia’s historic Northern Neck on 3 private acres of land on Lancaster Creek. The nearest towns are Kilmarnock, Warsaw, Irvington, and White Stone. All have grocery, hardware and liquor stores as well as shopping and restaurants. Take a picnic and check out the beach at Hughlett Point Preserve. Take the kids to Compass Entertainment for go carts, video games, mini golf, indoor climbing gym, movie theater, and more.
We have a long private driveway and plenty of parking for your group. We also have a private dock that can handle 2 boats. The water is about 10 feet deep off of the dock (check charts, however, as depths vary on the approach up Lancaster Creek). The water is great for swimming or fishing from the dock.
