This home was super cute, clean had tons of character and felt like home. Was a great location. Adam was so nice, accommodating and made things easy. The towels were so nice and so were the beds.

We enjoyed our stay at Adam's place. The house is in an established neighborhood where we could take morning walks. We liked to walk to Perq coffee shop (independently owned), but there is also Starbucks, Panera, Playa bowls within walking distance. There are new homes being built to replace existing, but it was not disruptive at all. Easy to Siesta Key, Lido Key, downtown, grocery stores. The house is cute, quaint. Comfortable beds, very clean. Our favorite was the backyard with pool/spa and patio with seating and dining table. Definitely recommend!!

We stayed at the house for 3 nights. Convenient location to coffee, stores and Siesta Key beach. House was comfortable for us and our two teenage boys, and had all the amenities we needed during our stay. Loved the outdoor area-pool and spa. We reached out to our host Adam when we first arrived and he immediately responded!

Great rental! Adam was so responsive and helpful. Pool and backyard were so peaceful. Would rent again in a heartbeat

Great little house in a quiet neighborhood but still close to all Sarasota and its beaches have to offer. Very comfortable living area and bedrooms. Lovely old Mizner style architecture. The pool and spa were a huge bonus.
