Joe and Natalie's property worked out so well for us! We had a gathering of 5 family members, one of whom lives in C-ville. Four of of stayed on property - it was a perfect spot for the five of us to gather before an outing. On-property parking was easy and plentiful. The house was homey and comfortable. I'm very particular about cleanliness and this property did not disappoint in the least. It really was spotless! Something I don't see often enough in Airbnb properties are full-length mirrors. Natalie and Joe have one in every bedroom. We spent time in various part of beautiful C-ville, but the Belmont neighborhood is great! Walked to Mas for dinner one evening and the food was wonderful! Had a couple of questions for N&J while we were there and they were very quick to respond. Highly recommend this property. We'd stay there again for our next family gathering.

Joe and Natalie's place in Charlottesville was perfect! The house was spotless and in a great location. I'd highly recommend staying here if you want to be within walking distance to downtown Charlottesville and cute restaurants/cafes/shops. Would definitely stay here again on my next visit to Charlottesville.

The hosts were very responsive and helpful throughout our process. The house is more historical than expected but they’ve done a great job decorating. The rooms are smaller since the home is older so it was bit tight with luggage etc. the living space is also compact so sitting 10 is tricky, we over flowed in kitchen which worked well. We would stay again if in the area!!

We loved the house. It was beautiful and in a great location that is walking distance to the Main Street. Natalie and Joe were very helpful and attentive. They answered my phone call immediately when I couldn’t get in with the code. Only negative is that the house is on a Main Street which is loud.

My wife and I were looking for a nice house in the heart of Charlottesville, and Natalie and Joe's house was the perfect find! The house is very comfortable and clean, with everything we needed and more. There are some nice extra touches, as well. It is ideally located, just a few-minute walk to the downtown pedestrian mall and lots of great restaurants and shops in town. Breweries and wineries are close by, too. Communication was excellent and very helpful. We hope to be back soon. Highly recommend!
