This is a lovely place and Daniel is a fabulous host. Very available, responsive and helpful with suggestions - restaurants, KSC Launches, accessing water and nature activities, and more. Great kitchen and super comfortable bed. Everything worked well and great location. Away from the chaos of Cocoa Beach, but close enough to everything. My complaint is the lack of seating and places for luggage and clothing. The house has bed space for 7. There were exactly 7 chairs in the house - 4 at the dining table, 2 rolling office chairs, and one rattan barrel chair, plus 1 couch. No furniture in the lovely lanai and 2 Adirondack chairs outside. There was no place off the floor for a suitcase in any of the bedrooms - no tables, chair or dresser, and the master br closet is not available. A party of 2, we used the 2nd br for our clothes. This would have been tough with another couple or a full house. I gave the rental 5 stars, but 4 may be more appropriate given these omissions.

For my first AirBnB, Space Casita is a very relaxing home. Exceeded my expectations. The hosts are very easy to access and responsive. I only hope the next time I need a weekend getaway, Space Casita will be available.
