Not for everyone, but very responsive host and good location. Good things- really beautiful location! We loved walking by the water. Also, Tessa was incredibly responsive and very friendly. There were a lot of great features like a movie room with a popcorn maker and full toiletries. However, it’s not the best place for a family. It’s really better suited towards people who are coming to work remotely. The number lock was broken but Tessa was able to let us in remotely. We weren’t totally clear from the pictures how it was set up and were surprised to see a living room full of desks and what looked like a two-way mirror (happily it isn’t!). The downstairs powder room didn’t seem to have hot water and three of the four lightbulbs in the bathroom upstairs were burned out. There was also some nighttime noise from a timer by the washer and the neighbors. But, Tessa got us a key so we were able to get in and was willing to have a contractor come in to fix a few things. Very kind host.

Our longer-term stay here was absolutely fantastic! The house was very clean and just as described. The view is also very nice, and there is easy access to walking trails and a park. I would gladly stay here again and highly recommend it. Tessa is also a very responsive and helpful host, and really made every effort to make sure we were taken care of. Thank you for a great stay!

Comfortable place to stay! My parents had trouble getting in at first, but i think it was more because they werent used to electronic/key access. Host, Tessa was very responsive and helped them in! Nice kitchen - would be great to cook in if we wanted to, but we mostly ate at a relative who lives close by. Some brown stuff on a hand towel, but I wasnt worried - stain probably just didnt come out from washing because it smelled clean. Plenty of desk space for those (or even a group) who need to do some remote work or home work and lots of storage. Some wires in the walkways may need better securing for kids and/or pets to reduce trip hazards, but fine overall. Loved the home theater, loved the view! Great place for an extended stay!

Tessa’s place is in a convenient location. It is clean and has a pleasant view with big back deck. Tessa was a responsive host. We enjoyed the movie room , a unique feature with a fun popcorn machine.
