Welcome to Rooted Retreat! Your family will be close to many local favorites when you stay at this centrally-located home. With 5 bedrooms and 3 living spaces across 3 floors,there is room for everyone. Located conventiently off Highway 9, easy access to several areas including Lake Stevens, Marysville and Arlington and less than 10 minutes to Interstate 5. Beautiful home with 5 bedrooms, including 2 king bedrooms and a kids' room. A covered deck and patio gives ample outdoor space as well. This tri-level home allows for privacy and separation when preferred, as well as multiple family style living spaces for games and interacting. The patio off of the main living area offers a beautiful unobstructed view of protected wetlands with sounds of nature. Perfect spot for a cup of coffee and a good book. A pocket office is a great opportunity to get work done equipped with a printer. Leisure activities such as a basketball court, playground, picnic table, and a major retail/grocery store all within walking distance.

I am so grateful that we found Sara's place! We were in the area because our son was getting married nearby and we needed a place for a larger group. Sara's home was absolutely beautiful. The 5 bedrooms allowed for comfort and privacy and the 3.5 bathrooms offered us plenty of space to get ready for our big event. Sara wrote the nicest note and even left a bottle of sparkling wine in honor of our celebration! The bed in the master bedroom was the most comfortable I have ever slept in and all of the other rooms were comfortable for the rest of our family. Thank you for hosting us, Sara...I would love to book again in the future!

This is an exceptional Airbnb. The place is immaculate and the layout is perfect for a couple of families staying together. The beds are so comfortable and they all have high quality bedding. The house has everything you could possibly need and it was so nice to have a bottle of wine waiting for us when we arrived. I will definitely stay here again.

Always looking for my next adventure and opportunity to jump on a plane. My daughter and I created Rooted Retreat for a place that memories are made and we want to share that with other families too. I love everything the West Coast has to offer. We reside in California but have built roots in WA to be close to our friends who have become family to us. WA is our second home.
