Chalet 238 is in a prime position, on the front row with outstanding views across the valley. Our chalet is comfortable, sleeps 4 and is located in the perfect spot on Norton Park, just 3 miles out of Dartmouth. It is fully equipped to enable you to enjoy a home from home experience in the glorious Devon countryside- a perfect base to explore from. Immediately outside the chalet is a flat grass area, perfect for morning coffee or a sunny BBQ. All linen and towels are provided. This comfortable chalet has two bedrooms and a spacious bathroom. There is one double bed with space for a travel (not included) if needed and a second bedroom with single beds. All bedding and towels provided. A well stocked kitchen enables food to be stored, prepared and cooked and then the dishwasher saves precious holiday time! The chalet also has a table that comfortably seats 4 to eat as well as a large sofa with views over the valley beyond. The spacious shower room also has a washing machine available for guests to use. We have 2 fold up chairs that can be used when sitting outside. Wi Fi and smart TV available. The chalet is located a short walk, less than 50m, from parking area. Hot water and electric included in the price. The chalet complies with the latest fire safety legislation (October 2023). Norton Park is a family friendly holiday park. There is no club on site, ensuring a quiet and peaceful atmosphere. There are a number of supermarkets and local pubs less than a 5 minute drive from the park. Less than 2 mins down the road is the park and ride which is a handy way to travel into Dartmouth during the summer months. From Dartmouth you can explore the castle, take a ferry across to Kingswear or hop on the steam train heading to Paignton. Blackpool Sands is an 8 minute drive from Norton Park and a popular spot for families looking to enjoy a day on the beach.
