This large stylish villa is one of only a few accessible villas comprised of a main house and guest house. It includes 4 bedrooms w/ top-of-the-line mattresses, AC & ensuite baths & sleeps 8 comfortably. You can unwind in the heated rooftop jacuzzi w/ ocean views & enjoy the privacy in the extra-large backyard retreat complete with salt water pool. Wi-Fi throughout +a private office w/ AC for guests who need to work remotely. Of course, the Palm Villa is kid-friendly and welcomes pets. The villa’s first floor and pool area, which is accessible for the disabled, includes the following: Kitchen: The kitchen is fully furnished with stainless steel appliances and a variety of small appliances for all your cooking needs including an oven, a microwave, toaster, coffee-maker as well as all necessary pots, pans, dishware and tableware. There is a half-bath adjacent to the kitchen. Family Room/Dining Room: The air-conditioned living room features a large sectional sofa with a 65-inch flat screen TV with digital cable. The indoor dining area and the adjacent outdoor dining area each comfortably seat six; both dining areas have overhead ceiling fans. Transition Room to Pool: This area includes ample shaded outdoor seating and a dining table overlooking the pool and adjoining six-person jacuzzi. This area includes a Weber BBG gas grill. Bedrooms: The air-conditioned first-floor primary bedroom has a king-sized bed, a 55-inch flatscreen TV, a safe for valuables, and a large ensuite bathroom. The second-floor air-conditioned master bedroom includes a king bed and a spacious ensuite bathroom. The third bedroom, also on the second floor, has two full-sized four-poster beds and a generously sized ensuite bathroom. A fourth bedroom, in the freestanding guesthouse, has a queen-sized four-poster bed and an ensuite bathroom. All four bedrooms are air-conditioned and have ample closet space. Pool Area: The oversized pool, includes a surrounding deck with ample space for lounging, a convenient outdoor shower and a half-bath with direct access to the pool area. Private Office: The freestanding guesthouse includes an air-conditioned private office overlooking the pool with desk, printer and Wi-Fi. Bonus! Climb the spiral staircase to the third level to reach a very private rooftop lounge area with its own HEATED jacuzzi overlooking the ocean! The Palm Villa includes twice weekly maid/cleaning service and daily pool cleaning, landscape and garden care from the Palm Villa’s dedicated caretaker. The resort offers something for everyone. Distinctive amenities include a tennis club, a world class Gym, seaside pools and a gourmet restaurant. For the kids we have in the main resort a pool with water slides, and a park with all kinds of fun stuff for the kids. If you want a more relaxing time by the pool, the resort has two other pools, including an oceanfront infinity pool. Of course, you always have your private pool at your villa. The prices of the resort amenities are as follow: Gym day pass per day is $500 dop ($8.96 USD); monthly pass is $107. Sosua Ocean Village Club House includes use of the water park, swimming pools and children’s playground. The price is $30 for adults and $10 for children, which can be used at Maria restaurant. Prices for the other amenities are included in the house manual. In an effort to conserve energy, please ensure all AC units are turned off when you are not in the room and the door is closed when you are using it.
