An elegant, authentic and comfortable home in Tuscany just 10 minutes away by car from Saturnia’s hot spring water. A typical and elegant Tuscan home. The house is on 3 levels and has beautiful terraced gardens. There are 3 double bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms and 1 single bedroom with its own bathroom. There is also a kitchen, dining room, conservatory , laundry room with toilet and a terraced garden. The price is for the whole house and it is for a maximum of 7 people. ( no parties) The house is a typical and elegant Tuscan home, it is authentic and full of character. The beautiful stone stairs date back many years and the beautiful tiles on the floor and on the ceilings are original and add to the beauty of the space. The bedrooms are a good size and they all have an en- suite bathroom with a shower, bidet and sink. In the bedroom a small fridge and a safe are available and there is even a small desk in case one of the guests needs to work. Each room has an electrical ceiling fan and all windows have wooden shutters to make the room darker if needed. The bedrooms and bathrooms are all decorated in a typical Tuscan style and make the space comfortable and cosy. There is also a fully equipped kitchen and dining room which sits 6/8 people around a rectangular table comfortably. There is also a beautiful conservatory with a piano and a fireplace for the Winter with French windows and 2 doors which lead out to the terraced gardens. The house has two entrances, one at the front on the Main Street of Semproniano and the other at the back of the garden. The garden is made up of 3 terraced gardens. There is space for a BBQ just outside the Conservatory and tables and sun-beds can be found on the other terraces. There is also a water fountain and various fruit trees and small grape vines. The house is in the center of Semproniano but in a secluded area where you can relax and listen to the church bells chime. The laundry room has an ironing board and washing machine and a toilet available for guests. The lighting on the stairs is on a timer and turns off automatically. This Tuscan home, offers comfort and tranquility and will make you feel at home.

La casa di Marco è veramente splendida, grande, ben tenuta, con giardino e splendida veranda. Parcheggio comodo nella piazzetta davanti a casa. Siamo stati molto bene. È posizionata quasi all’inizio del paese, per cui ci si può muovere tranquillamente a piedi e raggiungere un piccolo supermercato, bar e ristoranti. Consigliassimo.
Super helpful and responsive host. The home was very comfortable. Every room had their own private bathroom. The only negative was the stairs. But overall excellent! House was spotless. We really enjoyed our stay.
casa in posizione ottima, parcheggio libero davanti casa, 3 minimarket dove fare spesa. la casa è molto bella, accogliente, per 7 persone comodissima, ben fornita la cucina, abbiamo trovato anche latte, succo, sughetto, pasta, caffè, zucchero etc. Ogni stanza ha il proprio bagno in camera, letti comodi, c'è una zona in cui c'è un camino dei libri dei giochi di società. molto pulita. host sempre gentile, ci ha anche prenotato un ristorante per il Pranzo di pasqua
Abbiamo soggiornato in 7 amici ai Giardini Pensili per 3 notti durante il Capodanno. La casa, che si sviluppa su 3 livelli, è molto bella e spaziosa. Le camere da letto sono di buone dimensioni ed hanno tutte un bagno interno. La cucina è ben accessoriata e la sala da pranzo permette di mangiare comodamente attorno ad un bel tavolo rettangolare. La bella veranda chiusa, con pianoforte e caminetto, conduce ai giardini terrazzati. La casa si trova nel tranquillo paesino di Semproniano in posizione strategica per visitare le vicine Terme di Saturnia ed i borghi di Pitigliano, Sovana e Sorano. Gli Host Marco e Lisa sono stati molto disponibili e carini sia nell'accoglienza che nel dare informazioni.

The neighborhood is great , you are right in the center of Semproniano but in a corner of the town that offers peace and tranquility.
You will find shops, cafes, restaurants, banks and a chemist all within walking distance and if you want to take a walk up to the old village of Semproniano, you are just a few footsteps away.
Just opposite the house is a beautiful church that you can visit and free parking on the street is available.
On a Thursday you will be able to experience the “ Semproniano market “ as it is on the same street as the house and it sells a variety of local products.
If you have a car , it is easy to get around and you can park just outside your house on the street, the parking is free.
In Semproniano you can charge your electric bicycle in the center and if you want to travel around on foot, everything is within close distance in the town.
Travelling by bus or coach is also feasible and there is a bus stop in Semproniano.
