Welcome to your dream vacation home at the heart of Katy! This spacious waterfront home is the perfect place for families to relax and enjoy the outdoors, with private deck included. The home features a nursery with a crib and rocking chair; a dedicated workspace, so you can stay productive while you're on vacation. Smart TVs in all bedrooms and living room. The home is located just 5-15 minutes from Walmart, Kroger, H-E-B and Katy Mills Mall, so you'll have everything you need within reach. All bedrooms are located upstairs, which gives you the peace and quiet to separate the fun happening in the living room from the quietness inside each room. Downstairs you will find an open space area of the living room, dining room and kitchen with a magical view of the lake.

Beautiful stay in beautiful community. The home was perfect for my wedding weekend. Enough space for everyone and the outdoors were so relaxing. Only downside is that there weren't any washcloths. which I am finding to be more common in AIR BNB's all together. I only mention it because after a long day of travel it was a little inconvenient to have to run out and get my own. (So just a reminder) However, the home has many other comforts and baby necessities. The neighbors were friendly, and there is shopping right the corner. Close to the outlet malls and the highways. I will definitely will be staying here again soon.
Felt at home and I loved the lake view
We really enjoyed our stay. Everything was clean and the house was beautiful, peaceful neighborhood as well.
Angelica was very sweet and responsive all the time. And coming to the place it’s a very beautiful house with a nice backyard with lake view and it really feels like home 💯
