Absolutely loved staying in this area. It is a great location to walk to many eateries one block away in a non touristy area with great pricing and food selections. There are several mini stores to get quick snacks/water etc. You are about 10-12 min walk to Plaka and acropolis area. The area seems safe. The host was super accommodating arranging several airport transfers as we stayed here twice… beginning of trip and then at the end of the trip once we got back from the islands. Very nice and even held some extra luggage for us for a small fee in their office. I’d recommend staying here. Note that there are many stairs to climb to get to the apartment but there is a small lift that you can take. The lift is small and fits maybe 2 people. We did have to make several trips to get our luggage up as we were 4 adults and a baby. Overall, great clean stay.
This was a beautiful, gigantic, comfortable apartment. The hosts were friendly and flexible. Highly recommended!
