I was asked to arrive after 7 pm, I arrived at 7.30pm. The house boat was used just before for a boat ride, it was not cleaned at all and not ready for my arrival (no towels, no shampoo, no kitchen ustensils, there were dead insects and hair in the shower, dirty toilet, the floor dusty and dirty, dirty fridge). Only bed linen was clean and changed. I had to desinfect and clean everything myself and had to ask for missing items twice. There were no curtains anywhere: in the bedroom or in the toilet, which makes you exposed to people on neighbouring boats. A very noisy water pump runs for several seconds every hour during day and night. There was never an apology for the inconvenience. You expect much better service at 200€ per night.

We had a really great stay, the hosts were accommodating and flexible, really appreciate it. The location is beautiful and we felt a sense of luxury. The sauna was really hot! Great place for a celebration or romance! Bars and restaurants nearby is a plus. The couch was big and comfy and the deck on the 2nd floor was great for sunbathing! Could do with some curtains for some shade. :) Beautiful views all around, especially at sunset and sunrise. :) Thank you for your hospitality, we loved it! :)
