First, my apartment is mainly for guests who want to experience real Africa. There are no bling-bling items in my house. This gives you a calm African feeling within the Suburban bliss. You psychologically rest from the shiny items and technology. Second, the studio's beautiful sunset permeates the yard through tree leaves. You want to view it as if you are sitting on the patio in the evening to rest from the busy afternoon. It relaxes you. But if you want to see the real sunset, you take a boat cruise at the waterfront. It's about a 10-minute drive from here. Third, this is a self-catering garden studio apartment. You have free access to a gas stove, braai grill, and local stove. But if you want to eat out, there is a restaurant nearby, about 10 minutes walk, run by Catholic nuns called Sisters of the handy maid. There is also another restaurant at the airport called Flavours. Besides, there are several eating places in town such as Bravo, Hungry Lion, Food Palace, and Flavours. Yet if you still don't want to cook or eat out, I can cook for you at a small fee. Fourth, you need to know that there are two roads leading to this garden studio apartment: a tarred road, and a sandy one. You can use the one you love the most. A sand road is part of the African feel. Even the yard is predominantly Sandy though there are lawns and flowers. That is what you may also want to experience living here!
