'Piran Studio' is a light and airy studio apartment, situated centrally in Perranporth with views across town and the sand dunes beyond. The property is detached from the host's house and is comfortably furnished for two people. It is located just 500m from the town centre, and 650m from the surfing beach of Perranporth. We hope you'll feel at home whether you’re here for a few days or a couple of weeks. Piran Studio is an open-plan apartment with a contemporary look and comfortable feel. We've tried to make sure that you have everything you need to make you feel at home. We're sure you'll get a good nights sleep on the comfortable king-size bed and soft pure cotton sheets. We provide all bedding along with hand, bath and beach towels - free of charge. There’s plenty of room for your clothes in the drawers and wardrobe (where you'll find a hairdryer and a supply of coat hangers). The stylish en-suite shower room has shampoo, shower gel and hand soap. Living/dining area There is wifi in the property, and a smart TV available to watch either freeview or your favourite subscription services (although you'll need to sign in and remember to sign back out!). The bistro dining set is comfortable for two to sit down for a lazy breakfast or quiet meal in. Kitchen The kitchen area has a combination electric oven and microwave and a double induction hob. There is a fridge with a small 'ice box'. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need for eating and drinking. We've stocked up on tea and coffee, suger, oil and filled salt-and-pepper pots. Washing-up liquid, cloths and sponges are also provided to ensure you have everything you need for your stay. If you don’t feel like cooking, the choice of local restaurants is great and a number of them also do home deliveries.
