Welcome to our little Parisian apartment! My name is Quentin, and with my wife Xuan, we are very happy to welcome you to Paris! Our apartment is rented for minimum one month minimum stay (e.g. for business trips, students, professional training, apprenticeship contracts, internships, job transfers). Therefore, we prefer long-term rentals.

Ce charmant appartement a été largement à la hauteur de mes attentes. Il est très bien équipé et décoré avec beaucoup de goût. Son emplacement est idéal de par sa proximité avec les rues commerçantes et les transports. Un grand merci également à Quentin pour son accueil.

My 6-week stay here was the best Airbnb experience I've ever had! I was the first guest in this newly renovated apartment. It's on the groundfloor, but in a small courtyard so feels safe. I was greeted by the super friendly Quentin, who spent an hour talking me through everything and giving me lots of great non-touristy recommendations, my favourite being the Parc Cité internationale universitaire. He gifted me with biscuits, a smoothie and a brownie, and also left a pack of espresso capsules for the coffee machine. The apartment is just dreamy. It's small, but was perfect for just me, and whenever I had a visitor stay on the sofa bed, it still felt like enough space. Everything is new, moden and so clean. Only downside is the lack of natural daylight. Quentin was very responsive, he fixed a leak in the bathroom sink as soon as he could and left me a pastry to apologise! Loved the location! Peaceful but not far from busier areas and very near at least 4 metro stations. 100% recommend!

The 14th arrondissement of Paris is also known for its rich cultural life. Near the apartment, you will find a variety of theaters, cinemas, art galleries, and museums, allowing you to explore French history and art at your leisure. You can discover many attractions, including:
- Paris Catacombs (10 minutes walk)
- Fondation Cartier pour l'art contemporain (13 minutes walk)
- Théâtre de la Gaîté-Montparnasse (14 minutes walk)
- Montparnasse Cemetery (10 minutes walk)
- Rue Daguerre (5 minutes walk)
Franprix, Naturalia, and La Main Verte supermarkets are a 4-minute walk from the apartment:

You can easily travel anywhere in Paris thanks to the taxi station on the corner . You can also take the public transport with the metro stations nearby: the Mouton Duvernet (line 4), Pernety (line 13), and Denfert Rochereau (line 6, and RER B which goes to the Charles de Gaulle airport)
