Welcome to our recently renovated 3 bedroom cottage in Canoe Cove. Conveniently located on PEI’s south shore, with only a 3 minute drive to the beach and 25 minutes from Charlottetown. You can enjoy the outside on the spacious deck or green space that is located on the 2 acre lot. There are three bedrooms. Two have queen beds and the third room has two twin beds.

A comfortable and spotless space in a perfect location near one of my favourite beaches on PEI. A helpful, communicative and friendly host. We would absolutely stay again and would happily recommend!

Sam was great at communicating and welcomed questions. The place has a brand new feel, very clean, and I can see how it would well suit a family or a group for a stay. It was peaceful. I wish I had brought a few DVDs with me for the evenings. It was a bit too cool in September for a bonfire.
Would highly recommend staying at Sam’s cottage at canoe cove. The cottage was very pristine, homey, and new! Truly felt like a getaway. The location was a perfect home base for exploring PEI. Sam was very responsive, we would love to stay here again. Can’t recommend it enough!
