Come find time to unwind while tucked away in this turn-about. This is a SHARED AIRBNB meaning that you have a solo key to your own private bedroom with a TV although the kitchen, dining, living, laundry and bathroom areas are all COMMON AREAS which are maintained by the guests. We expect that each guest leave the common areas clean and prepared as they found it for the next guest who enters out of a mutual respect for one another. There is 1 master bedroom which has its' own private bath, the other rooms share the 1 full bath located in the hall. Parking is in the front yard or in the turn-about although please be careful not to block others' driveways and mailboxes.

Bathroom was dirty, toilet has not been cleaned for quite some time. Dirt and a dead cockroach under the bed.

This neighborhood is well established and maintained with lush landscape and manicured yards. A lot of the neighbors are elderly and watch out for disturbances. We ask that everyone be polite, follow the speed limit and also stay quiet and respectful when interacting with any of our fellow home owners!
Uber, Lyft and the Wave bus transit are all available options for getting around. Please park in the yard or in the couldesac making sure not to block other driveways or mailboxes, thanks!

My grandmother, Joyce, has been in rental property for over 40 years and this was an experiment to see how well she would like Airbnb. Much to my surprise, she loves it and runs the show! These Airbnb’s are owned and operated by her. Every now and then, if she has something that needs to be addressed, she will ask it of me and I will provide my services.
