We have stayed in this lovely apartment 3-4 times now and will be back for more without a doubt. It’s perfect for our family for 4 (kids 8 & 6) plus our little doggy 🐶. You are within spitting distance of the most beautiful beach, various coffee shops, pubs and restaurants. Close by it’s a little run down but you’re not far from harbour/pier area which is a lovely place to kick about. A brand new Aldi supermarket has just opened down the road. Check out the saltwater for food/drinks. Again, 5min walk. Great find.

Halfway between Swansea and Cardiff is the pretty seaside town of Porthcawl. The town is home to a tradtitonal promenade with a funfair as well as beautiful golden sandy beaches. The beach is ideal for watersports such as surfing and there are plenty of shops, pubs, restaurants and café to discover in the town, along with an abundance of walking and cycling opportunities along the coast and through the peaceful gardens.
