"Purpose Built." New, 4 bedroom/4 Ensuite, Beach House. Complying with the Disability Act, Fire Regs and Acoustic Regs. Located next to lovely Bay Beach, boardwalk, creek walk, shops and restaurants/pubs. Fully enclosed property. A refundable, $300 Bond is requested for, "Pet/keys/remote controls" on Check-In, via EFT or cash. Sorry to say, your pet is not permitted to be left alone, for the safety of your pet and our property. We are happy to doggie sit by arrangement, free of charge. Brand new, 4 double bedrooms, all with ensuites, ground floor duplex. Cot, high chair, baby bath available. House located next to the best beach in Victoria :-), creek walks and fishing at the front door and the shops, restaurants and pubs are all just a few minutes walk away. This property was "Purpose Built" for accommodation and complies the Disability Act, Fire Regs and Acoustic Regs. The 2 female owners live in the top floor duplex with their 2 small Moodle pups and have their own private entrance and they may or may not be there during your stay, as they like to do road trips themselves but they are always available via phone, if needed, if they are away in their motorhome.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and Deb is a great host.Everything was how it was described very accessible and pet friendly. The kitchen was well equipped and the lounge room is very spacious with a very large TV. The location 50 metres from the beach with close proximity to restaurants and cafes etc makes it a very nice place to stay. Highly recommended.
Deborah likes a lot of information and to show you around, say goodbye etc and is very ‘hands on’. She also wants intimate information about disabilities etc. She means well and the house is lovely, so if you are ok with this level of communication and interaction it is a lovely place to stay.
Deborah and Gail were delightful and made us feel at home straight away with a playful welcome from puppies Bonny & Clyde. Our 2 cavoodles felt at home too. Their place is wonderful and have given them 5 stars for everyting because it is fantastic... so good I really want to keep it to myself (LOL) - the location ( beach on one side within a couple of mins and restaurants and shopping within 5 mins walk), yet it is still so quiet. This is the place for us - a home away from home. Will come here again anytime
Our favourite AirBnB stay yet! Plenty of space for our family of 5 plus our dashchund! Each teenager had their own bathroom, with the beach right across the road and shops in the opposite direction. Deb was delightful and super helpful with local knowledge. Our home had everything we needed to enjoy our stay. we especially loved the Christmas tree to help us have a magical Christmas day!

This is a great place to be as it always feels like you are on holidays with it's "Beachy" atmosphere. There are lovely walks along the beach, boardwalks, creek walks, Frankston CBD and public transport which are all right next to this lovely, holiday property.
Please note, this is not a "Party House" and all guest are please required to be respectful of the house and neighbours by keeping excessive noise down after 11pm.
No need to drive once here as everything is within a very short walk.
