This executive retreat has 3 large luxe bedrooms filled with natural light and 2 bathrooms (master with ensuite) and 2 powder rooms. Located right on the beach, tantalise your senses with the sound of waves and scent of ocean air, along with the majestic beach views, luxe interiors, gas fireplace, theatre room, complimentary WiFi with study nook and modern appliances. Walk to the local village or drive to the Peninsula, train into Melbourne. Beachside Lane is location perfect for exploring and relaxing bliss! Beachside Lane is a modern beachfront home which stands out from the crowd. Upon entry you will be greeted by rich wood-panelled walls that feature down the hallway and an abundance of natural light showcasing inviting courtyards. Beyond the entrance, on ground level, is access to a double lock up garage and a hallway leading to two large sumptuous queen bedrooms, both with built in robes and courtyard access and a shared large family bathroom with bath, shower and powder room. At the end of the hall is a large open space encompassing a TV/Theatre room, kitchenette, living room and access to an enclosed courtyard with views of the beach. This design creates a beautiful flow from the front lower terrace to the outdoor shower to the beach dotted with colourful beach boxes and heavenly views across Port Phillip Bay. Upstairs is a luxurious master suite with spacious walk in robes and a dual ensuite bathroom filled with natural light. Alongside the master suite is a powder room and study adjacent to a central open courtyard. A special feature of Beachside Lane is the open plan kitchen, dining and living with fireplace leading you towards the top private balcony with uninterrupted water views stretching right across the white sands of the bay and beyond. The modern kitchen has been finished with a large Calcutta Marble Island bench, modern appliances and furnishings. Absolutely wonderful, great location and house. Highly recommended will definitely return.
The house though is beautiful and luxurious, it can only be described as a prison. Five days after the booking we received an email with outrageous terms and conditions which made you feel unwelcome. I wanted to cancel my reservation, but the strict policy of the house didn’t allow me to do so. On top of that, visitors were not allowed under the age of 8, even though the house provides toys for kids of that age (a kids monopoly and baby balls) and is supposed to be a family house. Reply to our inquiry came after 3 days and after we already spent half of our stay there. The house could be dream but with all these restrictions felt like a nightmare. They agency has some many demands on you being clean, but when we arrive, we found dirty pans and drawers, as I can guess the cleaning process burdens ONLY the guests. Highly NOT recommended. Plus you have to wait for 14 WORKING days for the agency to approve that you left the house in a good condition. TOTAL SCAM
This house was absolutely stunning and talk about a location situated right on the beautiful Chelsea beach. The rooms were so comfortable and quiet. Walking distance to shops and Chelsea train station. Secure parking if you’re driving. Gorgeous little cafe at the top of the street also. We absolutely loved our stay and will book here again in the future we didn’t want to leave.
