The main floor is an open concept kitchen and living area. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you'll need including gas range, large fridge, microwave, dishwasher, large farmhouse sink, espresso machine as well as a coffee pod machine. The large island with seating is perfect for entertainment. The bright living room has comfortable furniture and a 60-inch TV. There are 2 bedrooms on the main floor. One has a queen size bed. The other has two bunk beds (one with 2 single beds and one with a single bed over a double). Perfect room for kids to enjoy! There’s also a bathroom with a large bathtub and a laundry room. The spacious master bedroom is on the upper floor and includes a king size bed, a sofa bed and a bathroom with a huge 8 foot double shower. There’s radiant heat throughout the house which keeps it warm and cozy. The homes' spa-like amenities include an exterior hot tub and a sauna. The outdoor space has a covered area with a high-end Napoleon gas barbecue. The house is located a short (10 minutes) walking distance (700m) to the base of Red Mountain Resort. Rossland downtown is a 5 minute drive.
