Beautiful place in a great location!

This AirBnB was the cleanest I have stayed at for a while. The interior is recently renovated and whoever cleans it has great attention to detail. My sister is autistic and is sensitive to smells, so that's always a big concern when booking, but this house is clean and smells nice. The game room is a great addition. West Tawakoni is a lake town and very rural (1 hour from Dallas), but don't let that deter you from staying here when visiting the Dallas area. This place is a hidden gem & looks better than even the listing photos. The area was very quiet and peaceful. The property is located right on the river that leads to the lake. No lake access, however, there's a great state park around 25 min away. Also would recommend Billy's Donuts for breakfast (4 min drive). The outdoor seating area was perfect for watching the eclipse. We booked with Andrea when our original host cancelled the same day we were supposed to check in (we traveled from Atlanta), and Andrea's was a wonderful host!
