Bienvenue au château! Our Parisian-inspired apartment is centrally located between Bayshore Blvd. and Hyde Park. The beautifully designed 2b/1b is a short walk to everything downtown including Hyde Park Village, Amalie Arena (Lightning!), Bayshore Blvd (Gasparilla!), Tampa General, Davis Island, the Riverwalk, and so much more. With plenty of bars and restaurants in walking distance there's so much to do! Looking to stay in and cook? Publix market and the Hyde Park Market are just a short walk! Le château is our very spacious, open layout 2b/1b apartment featuring 820 Sq Ft on the second floor (no elevator) of a small 6-unit apartment building. The entrance is to the right of the top of the staircase (note, the staircase is a bit tight). There's only 1 other unit up there (across the hall) and BOTH units share the balcony overlooking the quiet street. The complimentary washer/dryer is at the bottom of the staircase. The living area of the unit is right off of the entrance and is incredibly open with plenty of sunlight streaming in through the two large, double pane windows. The room has an enormous L-shaped couch (pulls out to make an extra sleeping area), and a 55-inch ROKU TV on the wall, this is a living area designed for luxury and relaxation. Under the coffee table are board games for family game night! Right behind the couch is a 4-seater dining table (extends on both ends for extra space) and a glass desk for those who need to work from home. In the closet to the right is extra sheets and linens. The open kitchen is connected to the living area with a beautiful standing breakfast bar (great for morning coffee and happy hour cocktails)! The kitchen is a full kitchen complete with a coffee maker and complimentary coffee. There's plenty of cooking supplies for home chef, Parisian-enthusiast, or champion baker. The only thing to note - there is no dishwasher though there's plenty of extra plates/cups/utensils and supplies to clean! There's also a microwave added to the kitchen! *** PLEASE NOTE - the Kitchen ceiling and 2nd bedroom ceiling are low, about 7 feet. The areas are still spacious but we want to make all guests aware. The ceilings in every other part of the house are normal height *** Attached to the living area is the master bedroom. The guest bedroom is off of the kitchen. Both bedrooms come with brand new Queen Beds and 10-inch medium-soft mattresses. There are also extra sheets and 4 pillows for each bed. The master bedroom has an additional ROKU TV, chic vintage bedside clock, and a full dresser for storage. The bathroom is connected to the living area and between the two bedrooms. There's a walk-in tiled shower with an elevated window (high up) bringing in the morning sunlight! The bathroom has complimentary body soap and shampoo, plenty of towels and toilet paper, and space for any additional toiletries! The entire rental receives a PREMIUM 5-STAR CLEANING after every single stay to make sure that our guests find their rental in a safe and high quality condition! This includes sanitizing every square inch (handles, counters, cabinets, fridge, bathroom), vacuuming and mopping every area of the unit, restocking and cleaning the entire kitchen & bathroom, washing & changing all towels / sheets / linens, and then having another member review the cleaning to make sure it's up to standards. There is FREE WIFI & FREE PARKING for all of our guests, though the parking is first-come, first-serve and is under the carport to the right. Otherwise there is plenty of street parking for free as well, though we do not guarantee a spot. As a reminder, the toiletries, soaps, and towels provided are a starter set.
