Had a great stay. The apartment was perfect for what I was looking for and matched the description online. Scott was very easy to work with and always responded in a friendly and timely manner. Would definitely recommend staying here!

This apartment's location was very convenient for me since TTU was within walking distance. Scott was also very responsive and would check-in to make sure everything was okay. Plus it had the necessary amenities needed for my 4 night stay. Definitely will stay here again whenever I go back to TTU for additional training.

review is attached to email. Lisa can provide photos also.I thought you should be aware of this, during my stay at Unit E, in Cookeville, with Jim Stevens AirBNB. First of all, the minute I pulled up, I looked down where I was parked, and picked up 2 nails and 3 screws along with broken glass; when walking into the unit, there was a huge wad of hair and dirt, that included a Qtip, beside the couch near the door; the unit has bugs present, one on the ceiling when I left this morning, and one that was smashed on the hallway wall, still there; there were also a few gnats, or fruit flies in the unit, which I tried to kill, as they were landing on my food, etc.; the shower is leaking from behind the tile before turning the shower head on, which will lead to mold and rot issues down the road if not fixed; the light on the microwave over the stove was not operable; the floors were black, dirty, as I had to take a paper towel to wipe up a splatter of water, the towel was literally black
